Prior to joining UC Berkeley in 2002\, she taught at the University of Arizona and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Since 2018\, Kray has been the faculty director of UC Berkeley鈥檚 Center for Equity\, Gender\, and Leadership. She is a leading expert on the role of gender stereotypes\, power and status\, and mindsets on workplace behavior\, including negotiations and ethical decision-making.
